Hydratech supplies hydraulic systems in different forms; as partial or complete upgrades of existing extrusion presses or as systems to new presses.
The starting point for a hydraulic modernization is to thouroughly go through the old system to see what would be the most cost effective solution. In some cases good results can be achieved by merely upgrading parts of the hydraulic system whereas other cases may require a completely new hydraulic system. Most often this is accommpanied by a control system upgrade - A hydraulic system is never better than the control system allows it to be.
The complete hydraulic system including valve manifolds, pumps, tank, piping etc, is designed in 3D using SolidWorks software. This enables a pre-fabrication of the including components at our workshop thereby reducing the installation and stop-time to an absolute minimum.
